Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania with over 16+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Taking this step into researching a therapist is essential. Good on you! I hope we can work together!

My approach is integrative and flexible, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based, client-centered approaches to help you explore challenges, build coping skills, and foster growth.

I find the best therapeutic relationships are built on support, empathy, genuineness, and respect, where you feel understood and not judged.

Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I will work collaboratively with you to ensure your therapy reflects your values and lived experience. At its core, therapy is about connection, having someone to talk to who helps you feel less overwhelmed and more equipped to move forward.

Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good fit. If it turns out I’m not the right match, I’ll gladly help connect you with someone who may be a better fit for your needs.

Intake

Our first appointment will be focused on gathering information about you. We will work together to come up with goals and gain a better understanding of how treatment will look.

Weekly sessions

Therapy is a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. We'll use evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help you move toward your goals—with empathy, respect, and a focus on your strengths.
